I’m having quite the relaxing evening- lying on the floor catching a breeze from the open patio door, flipping through a magazine, and biting into these pops. It’s 80+ degrees this week, and I officially broke my fan out of storage last night if that tells you anything.
I’m looking forward to picking up where I left off experimenting with gourmet popsicles last summer. But until I get back into the groove (and have more free time), I’m stickin with easy. So this isn’t a recipe…at all. More like a great idea.
Buy horchata, pour into popsicle molds, freeze. And enjoy
