Banana Blueberry Protein Smoothie

IMG_7128It’s been a while since I made a smoothie this simple. I often find myself throwing in flax, chia, spinach, whatever I can find. This reminded me that sometimes simpler is better.

Lots of blueberries, zero shnozberries.

Simple Banana Blueberry Protein Smoothie
1 banana
1 scoop protein powder (I’m partial to Vanilla Vega One)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup almond milk

Blend! Then pour into a jar and top with a trusty Cuppow lid 😉
