First let me just say: waking up before the sun rises is not the business. In fact, it’s really hard business. Fitting in a good early Pilates sesh is worth it, but on those mornings simple is everything.
I like to make this “Frothy Banana Milk” for breakfast on early mornings to keep it simple (paired with a bar), or as a light mid day treat. It’s nutritious but not as heavy as a smoothie, which is sometimes just what you need.
Frothy Banana Milk
1 cup almond milk
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
Blend! Now drink up and have yourself a good morning.
